Mountains and Sea, A Good stay
food options fresh items
I appreciated the various food options. There was something for all tastes, even for picky eaters. The staff demonstrated politeness and actively tried to assist. They cooked fresh items in front of guests at the main restaurant. i also got offered as much water as i needed at the 24/7 bar next to the pool.

The room had a super comfy bed. There was also a great view from the room. I was very happy with the level of comfort.

The staff remembered conversations and drink orders, personalizing the experience. They also gave advice on local spots (a nice touch!). Their efforts enhanced the holiday experience and made it nice. I will remember this attention to detail.

steep hill limited space
the hotel location has advantages but i noticed some inconveniences. the walk to the beach involved a steep hill. cars passed closely so it felt unsafe. parking was also a problem. there was very limited space.

helpful staff food selection pool areas room refurbishment
the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. the food selection at the buffet was good with a lot of variety, i was thankful. the cocktails were great and readily available, , made me happy.
the room i had needed refurbishment. i also noticed the areas around the pool needing some work. i found these elements slightly disappointing though i tried to remain positive.
