My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, especially with their attentiveness and accommodating nature. The views were stunning and truly added to the allure of the place. However, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, and there were issues with our room not being ready upon arrival. Overall, I appreciated the atmosphere and the little moments of warmth from the staff, but there are significant areas that need improvement.
